Can’t sign into app despite being able to sign into my account on a desktop which encourages me to use the app….

Horrible App

You need this app to make changes on a specific Router Model. However you cannot set up an account on this app if you don’t also have Cogeco services of some time. This is the absolute worst interface to have to use to do something as simple as changing a WiFi password.

J’ai beau essayer , changer le mot de passe. Impossible de se connecter. L’ancienne application fonctionnait beaucoup mieux! Décevant!

Wanted to access modem

I downloaded this app thinking I could check the status of my Cogeco modem. The app wants to set up the modem’s wifi - which is not what I want.
