Can’t link bill

I created an account and logged in but it shows “no account linked”. When I try to link my account, it keeps asking me to log in, which I already am. Can’t get past this.

All stuck in re-load loop

Since the last update, the app has not functioned well. Every time the app opens it’s gets stuck in a re-loading loop and you need to try to press the notification button, then back to the home page to get out of it before anything will load for data usage, or billing.
