Great idea but…

The app is unreliable when it comes to scheduling time outs and even if manually stopped people can still get online. Would be great if the parent controls were actually reliable and if there was a way to just turn internet on or off rather than picking devices, and then they can just re-log on!

Keeps cutting out

Every week I have to reset TV and home devices because the internet keeps cutting out. 5 service calls. Still a problem

Wifi Freezing schedules never work

Every time I set things up for my young sons devices they never last, they always fall off or reset and I have to set the freeze schedules again which is very annoying as a parent

Blocking feature

I’ve called several times to improve the app to block devices from wifi but I see no improvements. I block my son’s phone and he gets back in no time.
