Fix the app!! Bell you are getting worse. Can’t see the full camera. How long is it going to take for you guys to fix this??
Doesn’t work from phone
I used to be able to activate from my phone and arm or disarm my home. Not able to do this anymore. Very disappointing. May have to look elsewhere for this

This camera system is not what I hoped for or expected. If i had read the reviews before installing it I would never have purchased it but bought another instead. Junk.
Brutal - disconnected and no error messages
This app worked for a few months and then I went in to turn on my alarm remotely and it wasn’t connected. No error messages, just status unavailable. Reset my modems, un/reinstalled the app, still no connection. Good thing I didn’t need it for an emergency. Why doesn’t bell build in scheduled testing like google nest does to ensure it is still functioning?
