Brutal app and service
Bell really needs to figure out their - this app never works when needed.
Poor Service
Wifi of bell is slower than I pay for, only getting 136mbps at best while paying for 500mbps. Will most likely be switching to Rogers or competitor

Presque impossible de s’y connecter
Les applications de Bell sont de très mauvaises qualités. Elles me disent bonsoir peu importe si nous somme au matin, midi ou soir. S’y connecter est une tâche quasi impossible si on essai de se connecter à Bell wifi cette application démarre l’appli Mon Bell et l’on doit se connecter avec celle-ci.

My wifi keeps dropping daily and as we work from home. We constantly have to redo hours of work as the signal drops and our work is lost.
We are seriously looking to change internet provider.
Service and support has been horrible since the beginning.
Do not use Bell as internet provider if you have other options.

Bell - wifi very sliw
Bell modem internet speed 3Gbps yet 1 foot away from the modem, the built in wifi speed is 100Mbps. Very bad service!

Bell declined my request for a new modum even though we veen with Bell for more than 4 years already. The same modum been working 4 years straight and outdated.
Login issue
It is not allowing me to login to my account saying “something went wrong”. Kindly fix the bug issues.

I don’t like that it logs me out too often
