App used to be solid until 3 weeks ago. Called support and they advised that “everyone is having the same issue” there was no timeline when the app would be fixed. I have to pay this bill and I know for a fact they are going to slap a late fee and not reimburse it even though it’s their fault. So annoying

NEVER WORKS
I HAVE DELETED AND REDOWNLOADED SEVERAL TIMES. any time i try to log into the app it just spins and spins and spins and never loads. i have to go to my browser every month. fix your horrible app.

Just updated the app. Now it’s saying I don’t have an account . Tried to recover log in info and it crashes every time. Ridiculous. Peoples Gas is a total racket rip-off with horrible customer service. The app itself is fine.
Update doesn’t run
Customers were told to upgrade to the new app and the old one will no longer work. The updated app doesn’t work either. Don’t waste your time continually trying it.
