Great Customer Service
The app is pretty easy to use but I sometimes have issues navigating the settings bc they aren’t always intuitive. Ally helped me when the AI chat bot wasn’t quite directing me to the right solution and was able to resolve the issue immediately. Very much appreciated and am grateful for the fast, human response! Thanks Ally.

Useful product, would rec!
I’ve been using Turno about 4 months now and love the concept. The Airbnb integration makes managing turnovers quite easy/automated, though the quality of cleaners themselves may vary quite a bit. Customer support is very helpful, responsive, and precessional. Special shoutout to Anne for all her help!

This app truly makes running a short term rental so much easier. I’m learning the app still but support is very helpful and responsive. Today Issac helped me get a scheduling conflict straightened out. Recommended.
