Great Customer Service
The app is pretty easy to use but I sometimes have issues navigating the settings bc they aren’t always intuitive. Ally helped me when the AI chat bot wasn’t quite directing me to the right solution and was able to resolve the issue immediately. Very much appreciated and am grateful for the fast, human response! Thanks Ally.

Useful product, would rec!
I’ve been using Turno about 4 months now and love the concept. The Airbnb integration makes managing turnovers quite easy/automated, though the quality of cleaners themselves may vary quite a bit. Customer support is very helpful, responsive, and precessional. Special shoutout to Anne for all her help!

A Must Have for Running Multiple STRs
We have been using the Turno app for a couple of years now to schedule cleanings for our rentals and it really frees up our time for other things. Sophie, thanks for your support with our questions!
Good app and service
The app does what you need it to do and is easy to understand and navigate. I love the automated integration with payments and calculators. This app truly makes it much easier to scale my rental portfolio. I had a small issue with messaging that Emma in customer service helped me fix super quick with their chat feature.

Great app, but completely useless due to zero customer ( cleaner)
The overall concept of Turbo is great, and the app itself runs smoothly without any bugs (10/10 for the app design).
However, it has been completely useless for our specific cleaning needs. We have been trying to find resources and reach out to their team for weeks—even months—and have received absolutely no response.
A brilliant app means nothing if the service doesn't work for your needs and support is non-existent. 10/10 for the tech, 0/10 for utility.

We use Turno exclusively and it’s been great! We recently needed tech support and I got a human chat agent (Sophie) who was so kind and helped us quickly!

Due to a hosting software issue (not Turno), we had a clean booked that shouldn’t have been there. I needed to work with Turno to process a refund for the payment. I reached out on two occasions - first to start the process with Faye and then once more to close it out once the payment was processed - working then with Emma. Both Faye and Emma were great! They were real humans, for one (not AI) and they took care of everything very efficiently and in a friendly way. You don’t see customer service like this very often - it was very refreshing. Highly recommend Turno!

My online chat with Mary was super helpful. I do not have a desktop and was unable to change some of the settings I wanted to.She was willing and and able to do that from her end and then also actually made the changes for me. In addition, i suggested a change to the app that I thought would be more helpful for hosts. Not only did they listen but they agreed and implemented the change immediately. Great customer service

Limited functionality and poor user experience
The user interface is not intuitive or easy to navigate, which makes completing basic tasks unnecessarily difficult. The app itself offers very limited functionality; most actions appear to require switching to the website instead of being handled within the application.
Customer support is also a significant issue. There is no readily available live assistance. Users must submit a question and then wait an undefined amount of time for a response, which feels unstructured and unreliable. The support system gives the impression that responses are handled intermittently.
Overall, the app gives the impression that it was built and then left without continued development or maintenance.
