Unreliable
Sentrilock usage is unreliable and takes many steps to get it to work. Sometimes the app needs uninstalled and reinstalled and sometimes I just have to wait. Very unprofessional and unreliable!
Fined $50 With No Notice
1 star. During setup, the app accepted my card information and confirmed AutoPay was enabled. Later I found out the billing details were “incorrect” (their words) - yet I was never notified that anything needed to be fixed. I only learned there was a problem when I arrived to show a home and the app said my account was disabled. Then I was hit with a surprise $50 late fee and my waiver request was denied. Customer service was unhelpful and focused on policy instead of the fact that the system confirmed AutoPay and gave zero notice before disabling access. This needs basic billing alerts and a grace period before suspension.

Bluetooth Option Missing in App
Bluetooth Option Missing in App. I can’t unlock the lockbox without access to Bluetooth. The Bluetooth option for this app is missing on my phone. I was told by a rep there is a network setting needed to access that feature but they don’t know what it is. Referred me to Apple. Apple don’t know either.

Glitchy
This app is horrible. I access boxes on a constant bases and it won’t allow you to access a lock box for the key and then release the shackle. You have to close the app and start again. Also when showing multiple properties, you have to close the app every time you want to access the next lock box. Clunky and not user friendly. Sucks we are a hostage to SentriLock because of our real estate board…. I would definitely drop sentrilock if we could.

So much trouble with this Ap
My last three open houses have taken multiple attempts to get the SentriKey Lockbox shackle to release. It will say “releasing shackle” but it just hangs and aim waiting and waiting. Today I made multiple attempts over 30 minutes and ended up getting a code from the listing agent.
