The app doesn’t always work correctly and it makes your payment late charges you $3 more if you used your debit cards at the same time the raise there rates to double the rates it was it was 6 years ago. When you request that they come out physically and test your meter they refuse to do so
App doesn’t work
I’ve been trying to log into the app for a week and it doesn’t work. Whenever I call I just get some AI that hngs up on me.
