26.16 version
This update has made the app nearly unusable. Inviting or removing users causes the screen to get stuck loading, forcing me to close out and reopen the app every single time.
These are basic functions that worked before the update. Instead of improving the experience, this update has created new problems and made simple tasks frustrating and time consuming.
Please prioritize fixing this bug. The app worked much better before this update.

Lame
This app is poorly implemented, buggy, and bare bones. For example, I just finished adding several codes to my deadbolt, and some of them are now missing from the list.
Great App
The Yale Access app does exactly what I want it to do: unlocks my Yale lock via Bluetooth or WiFi. Granted, entering the code is what I do over 90% of the time. But is nice to be able to make sure I have locked the door or give someone access if Iβm not there.
Once setup, itβs ok, but
I use these locks on short term rental property. My guests have the option of using this app. Account creation is flaky. 9 out 10 guests choose to use a door code instead of the app. Iβve fielded a lot of support questions from guests trying to set up the app. Iβve found the apps logic for laying their screens does not do a great job given all the sizes of iPad and iPhone screens.

Best smart lock Iβve had
Unlocks as I approach and has never failed to lock after the door was shut. Absolutely wonderful!!
