Sloppy app
App is faulty. Fails to connect. Fails to show any updates. Difficult to keep online. Overall very poor experience
Unsure if it’s helpful
Did not update us when a toilet tank was leaking a moderate amount of water. Then recently unrelated to above or to any alert, it shut off the water which we discovered early in the morning. It wouldn’t turn on through app or physically. Finally rebooted the device and it turned on. I am not sure how any of this is helpful.

Terrible - new app won’t stay connected
Bring back Historical usage
The old version of the app includes Historical usage by fixture. The fixture category wasn’t perfect, but often helpful when I found a slow leaking toilet. Now that data is completely missing in the app. The data still exists throughout the website interface, but not through the current version of the app.

Not worth the headaches.
After a year of problems w the app ("glitches" they said), customer svc calls, having to call plumbers, water shut-offs that can only be done manually w the wrench (thank god I was home to do that), I deleted the app and disconnected the stupid thing.
