Rinnai Central App - definitely a disgrace for a company that makes good equipment

Purchased and Registered: 18th Dec 2025

This application is completely a joke. I have kept the equipment, but deleted the app and removed the Wifi connection. If you can do it right, then just do not do it. Allow third parties do it and have it approved for functionality by Rinnai. Then the public can purchase a good product.

One of the major items that I wish you would allow is that you can give this review "0" stars...

Terrible app WiFi issues

This app is terrible lately. It never connects to WiFi and you have to force close the app like 5 different times until it finally connects to your phone. Who are the developers??

Horrible app

This app and the RWM200 is total waste of money and time. It does not allow you to do anything. I cannot set the temp up, cannot run recirculate on demand, it literally does nothing.
