This app leaks customer data!!!

As someone who owns a rinni, the ControlR app keeps crashing. So tried this app out. Turns out, simply entering a serial number brings up owners personal information. Anyone with an outdoor rinni, recommend you remove your SN from the unit outside you open yourself up to have your personal registration details leaked.

Unusable

Unworkable app. Our Company is trying to set up the app and 90% of the employees cant even sign into the app after creating an account. The ones that could get kicked out immediately when trying to get to any of the training sections. Tankless water heater companies want to provide these fancy bells and whistle features for their products and then have no support on the back end. Such garbage.
