A horrible, buggy mess that crashes my brand new iPad
As the title states, this app is a nearly unusable mess with more bugs than a swamp in August. It run so unbelievably slow at points that it has taken me literal minutes to be able to open the app, open a profile, open the estimates tab, title the estimate, and add a single product. If you’re lucky it’ll just spin for a few minutes while it struggles to upload a single, low res photo to whatever nameless cloud storage it uses. Meanwhile it still manages to use up about 25 gigabytes of storage while supposedly offloading the data to its cloud. Several times a week it goes so haywire that it completely crashes my entire iPad to the point I can’t even restart it by holding the power button. It literally freezes so bad I can’t turn off my iPad with the physical button. I would never recommend this app and if I wasn’t forced to use it for work I would never open it again

Service Titan is complete garbage. This app is trash stay away.

I’d rather have the stomach flu on thanksgiving giving then is this app.
Find a different CRM
The ServiceTitan platform is extremely slow and glitchy. Several times per day I have to close out the app and reset it in order to get it working. When the platform is working it is very cumbersome. The platform’s lack of performance costs me a good bit of time and my sanity every single day.
Laggy
New update made the app very laggy, tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Makes my job difficult
