Loss of functionality

You keep taking away and changing the tasks and now I don’t even use the tasks tab anymore and our jobs don’t track as well. Also we don’t use the service that’s attached that would require location services to be turned on always. Constantly asking to turn on location services just drains batteries and makes it hard for service pros to use their pad if they constantly have to be charging it because of your app sucking the battery.

Great idea bad execution

The app is a great concept and is amazing for business…WHEN it works this app and software could be top tier if they would fix all the bugs and issues that it has with crashing all the time

Reinstalling

The app started to freak out, and jump between windows, on a brand new iPad, so the issue is not hardware. Some jobs disappeared from the list. The list on one device doesn’t match the list on another

Come on

Automatically transferring data from one page to another is a no-brainer I thought in the computer world to cut down on error. Glitches screen, sizing, signing boxes, and cancel button if you don’t want to share location.. It’s downright sickening.

Biggest rip off ever

Service titan constantly kicks me out when I’m trying to work and won’t even let me call the customers with click to call. Then points the finger at the cell phone carrier when it’s there problems.

Failure to fix problems on user ends

On countless occasions, this app was rendered useless in the field, causing delay on technician side. Regardless of input, given on the user and fixes are rarely made and continue to exist. If they were open to having things fixed, especially with bigger companies that are using it, I would be more than happy to recommend this app, but given the lack of. Service from what I have seen from my perspective I wouldn’t recommend. not to mention if you look at the history of the app all they have done since it’s release is bug fixes basically meaning that they released a app that was not really ready to integrate into field scenarios. The concept is great and it really does have potential, but until they actually take into consideration the technician side of things they are just. Another gree corporate company wanting to make a couple bucks.

Bloated app that struggles with memory space

A promising app for in field technicians, but is hampered with developer software bloat and information heavy menus. Needs to be streamlined to a leaner app with clearer and more intuitive user interface. On both the in the field user end and the office management end.

Optimize for iOS 26

Next update should be for optimizing the app for mobile use on all iPhones. Love the app but it should be optimized for iPhone 17 and lower. There’s no need to have it only optimized for iPadOS

STONE AGE APP

Apps normally have a curve were they get better and better, this app has been on the field for over a decade and their benefits are awesome but their software sucks and looses connection and reboots constantly

The worst CRM for sales

This is by far the worst CRM for sales people I have ever used in my 30 years of sales experience. Not waste your time or money with this company. You’re better off doing things to old school with paper versus using of this worthless app.

Great interface compared to other platforms

This app has been out for over 10 years and has the most abhorrent user interface I’ve ever seen. The fact this has been out so long and still doesn’t format to fit a cellphone screen is ridiculous. This app makes my job a living hell, clocking in and out is a 3 step process, it duplicates every photo, crowding your camera roll, the font size when using on a phone is so small I can hardly read it with 20/20 vision. Invoices are buggy, and will glitch out causing you to have to fill out forms or submit photos 3-4 times, not efficient at all. Only infuriating. Non-existent customer service, and the only help you can get is a representative, which you pay for, and they don’t have any answers to how underdeveloped their 13 year old app is. This is a pitiful excuse of a FSM service. There’s much better and cheaper alternatives.
