Doesn’t work after latest I phone update
We have 5 Ridgid cameras and we can no longer do text overlay on the screens after the latest u phone update. It’s ridiculous and this equipment is soooooo expensive that it should work flawlessly. I reported the issue at the beginning of the year and still no fixes . Ridiculous

When the app works it’s great, but currently on iPhone you can’t add text to the video or image. The keyboard does not pull up when clicking the pencil button, I use a via and have no other options to add text SeeScan please fix, also when deleting media from the app it does not delete the folder, very weird, this equipment cost way too much for the software not to work properly, also the DSL is not working on the micro drain apx. SeeScan I need you, please help
