App not working for iPhone at all doesn’t connect only works for android.

Unable to click the pen to write on screen about issues when recording via the app, multiple people have spoken to have the same issues
SeeScan please help
When the app works it’s great, but currently on iPhone you can’t add text to the video or image. The keyboard does not pull up when clicking the pencil button, I use a via and have no other options to add text SeeScan please fix, also when deleting media from the app it does not delete the folder, very weird, this equipment cost way too much for the software not to work properly, also the DSL is not working on the micro drain apx. SeeScan I need you, please help

Could be better
Could be better quality set up. I noticed I can delete recording from my app but the folder stays there. It would be nice to be able to delete the entire folder or even have the option to merge folders.
New iOS update doesn’t work HQX LIVE APP
The current new iOS update does not let you configuration or type on the cell phone when you do Bluetooth mode to record. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t do it. HD QX has not updated to the new iOS to have any configurations to work with app.
Stoped working
When using iPhone 16, Unable to type, add or edit overlay. When tapping on the pencil, keyboard doesn’t pop up on. Works perfect on android

Useless app
App won’t connect to WiFi so I cannot update my monitor. This app also has very limited functionality and useless overall.
No audio
Periodically the app will record my videos without audio. I will have to restart the tablet in order to get it to record with audio again. This has made it inconvenient and having to do jobs twice to get the desired video. Also there’s no way to bulk delete old videos when I’m trying to clear out space on my iPad

Information for futur update
I do a lot of camera inspection and the big problem is that im not able to transfert everything from the app to my computer to clear everything out i need one by one transfert it to another cloud it so damn long!
Why there is not a way i love all the last update but this would be a game changer to be able to plug the iphone in my computer and just be able to transfert everything quickly for me and my employees directly into my computer in couple of minute!

Audio issues
Audio doesn’t work randomly
Best ever
I am a plumbing contractor and always using Ridgid seesnake systems, this app allows me to have multiple screens during sewer inspection and carry my phone or tablet to customers for observation.
Handy app!
I like the new text and drawing features, easy to call out issues or things to note in a pipe. I use my iPad as a 2nd screen, customers can see what’s on my monitor. The remote keypad is useful, I can turn on the sonde from my phone when setup on a roof. Recording/sending videos and pics from my phone saves time.

New update crashes
The last update on android and on IPhone crashes when trying to use keypad on phone to type. On both doesn’t let u select numbers to type in like before. Example entering an address. Please fix asap.
Thank you to the person who fixed the issue with being able to show numbers on the phone app. Now when selecting the numbers on the phone app that part is now working.
But when you try to type the address numbers. Before we could use the app to label our video’s. Like the address numbers and then write the street name. The numbers do not come up on the Seesnake video screen. This has been a major issue for me. Now I’ve been having to record my voice on the videos

Poor result
Shocking results app constantly shuts down mid way through use really poor programming would recommend recording the screen of a camera rather than the app.
