Total garbage full of glitches and doesn’t work half of the time.
Constant issues
This app seems to get worse every single day. I’m constantly having to retype things that just get deleted. While typing up notes it’s will studded every other word and then take a few seconds to catch back up. I’m literally spending an additional 15-20 minutes on each call because this app is just downright bad. They should have just let us continue to use the normal service titan instead of this app. I do not recommend this app.

Horrible app
The app is garbage you can’t even add pictures half to time without error, you can’t have perfect WiFi and still be “offline”, constantly having to retype estimates and invoices due to the app kicking you off.
Terrible
This app has the most bugs and is the only app I’ve ever used that you can have full bars and WiFi and the app tells you there’s no internet connection. Adds hours of time to your days and is utterly pointless. The old service titan was 1000 times better than this
Awful changes from the previous version
Uploading pictures sucks, typing constantly lags and changes what was typed, response time is worse now, loses connection all the time, acquiring data from the past inspections is worse.
