Old app is way better. Constantly glitching, doesn’t work with little cell service. Doesn’t save or upload while off line
Went from bad to terrible
This is designed by clowns. It’s difficult to avoid showing the customer the material cost when going over estimates. It is constantly going offline even with full service. Changed won’t load until you refresh ten times. My life is measurably worse since I had to start using this everyday
No focus no zoom
How am I supposed to take and upload proper pics? No that’s Big Brother. See what I did there?
Be tracked when not clock it
I think that if a employee is not clocked in. that they should not be tracked by gps regardless if they are using the app to see next jobs when not clocked in

No real training, doesn’t really do what they said it can go.It seems like they OVER sold it. I think they need to go back to the engineering team and fix a lot of the hiccups and bugs that the system and software has.

The worst app
The sales people must be amazing
The app is barely better than the last version. This one closes out everything slightly less. Search function in materials only works “as written” and not by word. I waste more time on this app than reasonable and end up grabbing a pen and pad for most of my info. Then putting in the app and hoping it doesn’t randomly erase it. The office can’t see edits in materials either. Only the one that made the edits can see them… waste of time.

Slow refresh
Takes forever for anything to update constantly says it’s offline
Many problems for end user, please ask if interested in resolving.
The mobile app works ok for most things about 75% of the time I need it to. Problem may be network related, unsure. Please don’t ask me again for a review.

This app may be ok at best when it works. When it doesn’t it’s infuriating and not worth the trouble to even use. You need to log time? Good luck because the employees simply disappear from the system. You need to log invoices or photos to a project? Not today, because you’re not going to find that either. Troubleshoot the app? Turn it off and turn it back on, uninstall and reinstall. For field use it’s easier, and faster, to use excel sheets/word docs. (3 months in and our company still needs both the excel sheets we’ve always used and this garbage to verify the app and software even work) The team that comes in to train everyone how to use the app is super nice/ professional and makes it sound like your getting the keys to a Cadillac with all the bells and whistles. Real world app is an absolute glitch fest. You bought the body of that Cadillac with the guts of a lil tikes flintstone mobile. Save your time and money and stick to literally anything else.

Very poor app, do not recommend !
This has been a pain in the butt to use and doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Our company uses the “industrial” version, and its always a nightmare. Sometimes when looking up project numbers, we get “no project found” so we have to delete the app, then reinstall the app, and that fixes that issue for a few days. We also have technicians names magically disappear from the list, then a few days later they reappear. Also, this week when we try to create a timesheet, we get a “Something went wrong, we were unable to create this timesheet”. The app is very frustrating, and needs a lot of work to fix these and other issues.

No clock in or clock out time.
It’s important to note that when I clock in and clock out so I know that pay roll is accurate. All it shows is total hours, which isn’t very precise.
