Good … then good for nothing
When the app fails, it fails miserably. On an older iPhone the app eventually reflects what the thermostat reads but cannot make changes.
Confusing interface
This download was a forced replacement for a previous version that matched our wall mounted controller. On this mobile version, I have to go into a separate area of the menu to find the fan control. This app doesn’t have the same functionality that my wall controller has. That was the reason why I selected it. I am totally unhappy with this design interface. But I don’t have any other choice. If you have any other app recommendations, please let me know.

Lennox report sent to me
Stat screen and iPhone app do not agree. Stat shows COOLING and DEHUMIDIFING. App shows only snowflake. On app, in mode screen, dehumidify shows a line through icon.
The report shows the number of hours for heating and cooling. My system has a dehumidification mode. Lennox does not tell me the dehumidification hours. Why Lennox?

Not good
We just had a new system put in and it’s not working and the people who installed it, Don’t know what’s going on. It’s not cooling the house like we want.
App repeatedly fails
Prepare for the app to fail and no longer allow you to control your system. FREQUENT
