Works every time
Great, 5 stars until the last update
Overall good, but since the last update I can’t alter the temperature setting from the main thermostat. I have to use the app settings and then it takes multiple tries until it works.

Not an efficient system at all
I purchased the most expensive and the highest efficient so called smart system, and thought that the money I paid for will provide me a good experience. Sadly the second summer the AC was acting and the three zone control stopped working. Installer tried to fix it for more than a dozen times but unsuccessful. After they replaced almost everything except the evaporate unit, I was told that all three zone thermostat should be turned on regardless if the room is occupied or not in order to keep the system functioning. When I asked why my original system can be turned on and off from each zone without affecting system running, I was told that this smart Lennox AC is designed that way. Now I can’t turn off any single zone thermostat to save some energy even though that room is not occupied. It was my mistake to choose the most efficient and smart system. I won’t have this issue if I purchase a basic unit with less money and use the same energy. I will let people know when they need a new AC system. Buy a Goodman brand, or the cheapest unit, and DO NOT believe Lennox High Efficient, Smart AC System.

Sort of works well
We are trying to upgrade our software from the prior version but the App doesn’t remember that I upgraded it so it links to the App Store and reopens the app. Then it remembers who I am and does a great job after that.

I can monitor and adjust heating, cooling, humidity, schedules, ventilation, and other indoor-air-quality functions directly from my phone. Just keeps getting worse
Did the update and hoped for something better. Not so. Now you have to go through the upgrade notice and your app store every time you want to use your app. You can no longer get into the app directly. So amateur of a glitch that leaves such a cumbersome app entry.
No support available to deal with this either. I regret ever buying a Lennox HVAC system: spend more for less.

App not working!
Why is my house 81 degrees when it is set to cool to 79???

The update from 1 week ago has not fixed the problems! App still won't adjust the temperature to what I've set it ti be.
Called Lennox-no help!
Had our repairman out who said it's a problem with the app.
Why doesn't Lennox listen? Don't they want satisfied customers??

Horrible app
I was forced to update to this app from iComfort, and I can’t even use it. When I try to login in with my account, the screen doesn’t allow me to enter a login and password. So now I can’t control my thermostat at all. And of course, the iComfort app now just has a page insisting that I install this app that I can’t use. Simply awful.

Two broken within 2 years of use
I installed Lennox 2.5 years ago, since then two broken parts happened within 2 years. One is the relay switch in the condenser, and the thermostat suddenly not functioning. Poor reliability for such an high end product.

Remote Control Never Works
After six years and many man service calls, the Lennox Home app has never been functional unless we are on premises. We’ve called Lennox. We’ve called local Lennox representatives. We’ve had many of them at our home and none of them can turn this into a reliable solution for someone who needs to control temperatures remotely at a second home. The worst part of this Lennox acts like they don’t even care. Because we have presidential series equipment we must have the Lennox thermostats but ecobee worked far better elective to remote access.

Lennox keeps asking you to download the new app even after you have installed the new app repeatedly.

Won't let me set it at 75 degree's only 74 or 76
Fan options
Overall good app, just problems switching fan options on iPhone 17 pro. Usually have to tap it 2 to 3 times to switch to selected option.
Great when it connects
More often than not it is offline and cannot connect. I was gracious and gave it 3 stars but 90% of the time it won’t connect.
Unit not working properly
Have had techs out multiple times for same issue, one of our units works flawlessly, the other will not everyday between 5 and 11 am and we do not have any schedule assigned? Not sure why techs can not figure it out? Would like it to be fixed as it is a brand new unit.
