Perfect for online access.

Can manage locks and see who is opening. And if lock is left open or unlocked.

Account Creation - Service Unavailable

I bought the Assure Smart Lock 2 and I can not configure because app is not allowing to create account

Highly recommend

Great product. Easy, seamless integration.

Crashes constantly

Anytime you add/edit/remove a user or code the app crashes. Basically useless. Stuck with this stupid $300 hunk of junk

Product is absolutely useless

I’ve gotten scammed. Purchased the WiFi version access 2. Can’t connect to my wifi. And secondly, when setting up on this app the set up crashes at the apple home. Once I accept (since I have to) it doesn’t register and it’s an endless up. I press skip for now and still forced me to connect to apple home despite already connected. Very disappointed.

Works like magic!

I love coming home and not having to fumble around for my keys. The app has worked flawlessly.

Outstanding

Love Yale, been using for many years and love it.

CarPlay with HomeKit

Love the lock, best I’ve used with HomeKit and works well. What I do not like is when linked to CarPlay and arriving home, SOMETIMES, the response is I need to unlock my phone for the action to perform. It’s 50/50. Obviously I do not need to unlock the phone for Siri to operate the device half the time so please fix the app to allow it always. Or create a toggle for always require unlock yes or no.

Broken

This app constantly has issues. Can never login successfully. Taking these locks and tossing them in the trash. Garbage!!!!

Great for Basic Use

Now that I’ve had it installed and have been using it for a few years, I can give honest feedback. First, battery life is great. We’ve only had to change the batteries once in all this time. The app does lag a little bit, but it’s never failed us. The Doors always lock and unlock reliably. I can always count on this app to work and have stopped even bringing my physical keys with me.
I think it’s a great app for people who have one lock and the same users. We have two locks on two doors in our entryway. Both doors need to be unlocked to access our house. We would love the auto unlock feature to unlock both of these door doors, but unfortunately, the system limits it to one lock. The auto unlock feature does work almost flawlessly for the one lock we do have set up with it.
Second, we have pet sitters and house sitters that we use when we are away, so it’s nice to activate/deactivate their keypad access. The way the system is set up, I have to have a separate access account for them for each of our two locks. Access to each of these also has to be configured separately. There does not seem to be a way to grant new users keypad access to both locks at the same time, even though the set up page leads you to believe that you are setting the user up with both.
There’s no way to customize the users appearance in the user list - it’s always the users first name and last name. I have to click in to each of their records to determine which lock I’m deactivating. If this does have to be the set up, it would be nice to be able to configure the appearance of the user to include the lock associated with that record.
Honestly, it’s been great to us, if Yale could address these two issues, it would be the perfect lock system.

Spotty connection

Sometimes is connects and sometime it doesn’t. Of course… when trying to connect, you really need it to. When it does… amazing. When it doesn’t, worthless.

Won't stop asking notification permissions

Even though I declined access a hundred times the app keeps asking me for permissions every time I open it

The lock opening/closing history is often stale by several hours

Fully charged batteries show up as 56% and only last a month or so

Replacing the batteries requires recalibrating the lock every time

No way to toggle between Bluetooth and Wifi connection. If lock refuses to connect via Bluetooth there's no way to calibrate it so it thinks door is open when it's closed

Langue

Très déçu de voir que toute la configuration et l’utilisation subséquente de l’application ne se fait pas en une autre langue que l’anglais. L’option de choisir sa langue maternelle pour l’utilisation/configuration serait souhaitable.

Lock is great. App blows

App is impossible to pair to this app.

App crashing

App crashing after latest up to 26.14.0

Love it

We feel so safe.

Can’t edit entry codes

App’s core function around entry code management is broken, no resolution for weeks. Moving to a new solution.

Good product

So far it is working well. Into week 2 and no problems. Customer service was very helpful in troubleshooting.
