Seems like they don't really care much about the software
The software could be much better but they don't seem to care much for it. Basic stuff like time of use details always seems in need of repair and some of the stats are mislabeled but all works out when you already have general idea. They are good with the bills and payment info but a lot of missing potential

Usage interface.
In the past you could scroll thru your usage week by week. Now if you try to do this, it goes back to the main screen. Can you fix this?
Location required
I have two homes, and I am trying to use this app to monitor my second home while I’m not there. The app will not let me use it without putting in my location. When I type in the address of my second home and hit, enter it uses the location of my first home and gives me the utility companies in this area not the area.. This app is useless if you have two houses.

I’ve been using it for quite a while. Saves me from having to log into a website just to pay a bill. It’s quick and convenient. Highly recommend
