Always error

Communication error every time I try to process my payment. Tried every hour for the past 4 hours and decided to write a review because this has happened every month. App has horrible ratings just use the website save yourself the trouble!

Rate selection is hidden

The rate selection is hidden. This needs to be an obvious selection on the opening page. This very very poor user interface makes it extremely difficult to use.

Why require an account # for log in?

I’m trying to set up my new banking info so I can pay my bill automatically. I’m traveling. I don’t have access to my SLV REC account number until I can get into the website to access my account.

But someone unfortunately made the decision that you can’t get into the website without your account number. VERY DISAPPOINTED and VERY FRUSTRATED!

I finally have time and info to change my bank info but am getting roadblocked because I have no idea what their account number is for me.
PLEASE RETHINK your log in screen. Make it normal. Without an account number. Thats CRAZY!!
