Cannot even use the app

I use Trilight internet services and on my PC I can login to SmartHub Wi-Fi, but on the app I cannot find my server. If I could login without choosing a server since I already have an account, it might work? The app needs some work though.

Internet service providers list

It appears the smart hub Wi-Fi app is incomplete as in from what I can tell. It has a concern with population in it. It appears that the app is not populating possible Internet service providers that are available to the user of the app from what I see with my eyes the only thing there is strictly an example list of Internet service providers.
