Ambiguous Charges

I closed my account May 13th. I was paid through June 1st. Waste container was picked up June 2. I then received an invoice for services June through August. After MULTIPLE attempts to have charges explained, I was told the charges were for waste container pick up and energy charges. This was the first time charges were explained. Definitely not happy about charges but can accept them. If at all possible I will not do business with waste management again.
