Recently, you missed our block and the app indicated our recycling tote was not out which was incorrect. There was no place I could find to indicate you were wrong and missed the pick up.
There is a place to indicate missed pickup if app indicated a pickup was made. But not if the mistake was mine, which it wasn’t. My totes are always out the night before.

Can’t click pay button on iPhone app
On the iPhone app, the final pay button is at the bottom of the screen and you can’t scroll down
Rising
The price of this service seems to rise a little every month, or pretty close to that. When I started with them a few months back, my bill was around $27. Now, it’s $43. Middle class is getting squeezed so tight, we will soon be the lower class.
Price hikes
I’ve had this same service for about 4 years. I started out at about $56. It was that way for a while and started going up. Now I’m at $88+. I’ve looked into other companies that charge $60 for the same service.

The app does not show all the necessary details, and some information is not displayed or transferred accurately. Compared to other similar apps, it feels outdated and behind in both functionality and usability. It needs significant improvements in accuracy, organization, and overall user experience.

This company clearly doesn’t care about providing proper service or customer satisfaction. They only seem interested in making more money. Absolutely the worst service among all the waste management companies.

Horrible Customer Service
Our city transferred the payment of our Waste Management services to WM but the WM system will not accept the account number I was given. Their website states to call their customer service but only an AI assistant comes on line and will not or cannot help.
Lousy Site
Tried adding account on line and tells me it can’t process my account. Went on the mobile app and had to pay my bill as a guest!

Horrible Service
They honestly just suck at doing what you pay them to do…. Which is collect trash. To make sure my trash is on the curb when it’s supposed to, next to all the other dumpsters and they still don’t pick it up is… quite literally insane. After the 4th failed pick up in a 3 months and random price differences I went with another trash service who picks up my trash before I even wake up the next day. They forget to get your trash but send you collections letters when you miss one payment. Especially when they sign you up on autopay!!!?!?!

Charge Fee
I’m unhappy with WM’s merchant fee. Most merchant fees are under 1% typically around half a percent or even square charges 2.6%, not sure why waste is charging 10% merchant fee or service fee however you wanna phrase it

Pick up was at 0830, now it’s 0730. I depend on a certain time. Haven’t picked up in two weeks. Need an alert when they are on the way.

Good app
This app is very user friendly and easy. I love it that I can see any adjustments to the pick up schedule and I can make a payment quickly if needed
Difficulty
They make it difficult to make payments. Their auto pay messed up my bank account and they do not have Apple Pay on their app.
