Good app
This app is very user friendly and easy. I love it that I can see any adjustments to the pick up schedule and I can make a payment quickly if needed
Difficulty
They make it difficult to make payments. Their auto pay messed up my bank account and they do not have Apple Pay on their app.

Billing nightmare
Had a card lapse the expiration date and didn’t get a notification. Thought I had fixed the issue last month with the missed payments and all. Nope it payed only one month and still had two outstanding months. I’ve got a full dumpster and don’t even know when the next pick up is. Super frustrated with this company. I’d imagine they would gladly charge me $150 for off date pickup. I hate it here.

App is a joke
For one of the largest companies that deals with waste, the app is a waste of time when trying to pay. It’s like it tries to not let me pay this company my money, which is strange because the company wants my money, I think. Anyways, it’s trash. Pun intended.
Lack of communication
I need to contact a humans and need basic info on what’s allowed and not and what these bills are for

I have autopay setup and it still says my bill is late
Convenience fee
Don’t understand why I’m getting charged $1.99 for a convenience fee. How’s it convenient for me to pay $1.99 every time I’m paying my bill this is why the app was created but now you’re charging a fee for it.

I like how easy it is to pay!!! But I can’t delete any of my previous payment information which really bothers me. My past information shouldn’t be left on my account if it’s not being used anymore.

I COULD NOT FIND A WAY TO GET ACTUAL LIVE HELP ON THE WEBSITE IR APP. WM DOES NOT DO WHAT IT AGREES TO DO. THE DRIVERS AND WORKERS ARE VERY HELPFUL BUT ARRANGING A DUMPSTER IS AN AI NIGHTMARE

You had all the information I had two accounts that you collected from the correct information. Why did you revert back to a defunct account? I don’t appreciate this one more time and I’m going to look at other companies. I should have never received this notice you were being paid fine. Why did you revert back to another card number? What is going on here? People don’t need this!!!

Unable to request trash pick up
I have my trash set to whenever I request it and there is no option to request it on the app. I also always get an error message when I click on “container repair”. This app is kinda trash, pun intended.
Extra pick up
I just had one. Now around in circles and no extra pickup online
