Your app seriously sucks. Every time I try to open it it’s the never-ending wheel of death. I have to close the app and reopen it about five times and it takes me about 20 minutes to get into my account. At least. I always check if there’s updates and there are never any in this all is happening when I’m on Wi-Fi and able to use all my other apps just fine. I end up having to go on my laptop to pay my bill which defeats the purpose of having an app at all.

useless and unprofessional
I installed this app because I can’t log into my account to change my payment account.
However, the app just shows a white window after login. There’s a support page dedicated to this issue which recommends that users switch to the app instead of any Desktop browsers.
Xcel Energy’s Salesforce backend is not properly configured:
“We can't log you in because of the following error.
Remote_Error: The remote service returned an error”
Honestly, at this point I’d call the app useless and the service unprofessional. It’s only a matter of time until they lose our user data anyway.

Why am I constantly updating this app?
I mean like updating 4-6 times within a month. Get a better engineering team and/or stop making changes to the app all the time. Those changes in some way I pay for.
