No longer works

App worked great until this morning. Now it’s just a blank screen. Tried deleting and reinstalling and no change.

Tried deleting it and reinstalling, however, the app doesn’t work.

I am a new customer trying to set up account and neither app nir website are working

Does not work

I have not been able to access the app for months now. I've tried deleting it, restarting my phone, etc. I haven't had WiFi for almost 3 months now even though I'm still paying for it. When I go in person to ask about how to fix it, their only response is that they can't control the app and to keep trying. Going online to their website doesn't help either because their only advice is to close the app and redownload.

Midco App is terrible- NO STARS

The Midco App and web site are terrible for paying your bill and scheduling a payment. Be prepared to be frustrated and hear from Midco Staff, “I’m sorry your equipment is having difficulties and unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Our side is working and there is nothing wrong. I suggest automatic payments or I will take your payment over the phone.” TERRIBLE !!!!
