Unable to login
Unable to login. Cant pay over the phone because the account number is not included in the email. Cant’t get the account number because unable to login to account. Its the most idiotic loop imaginable.
Stop signing me out!
Every month I have to re-sign into this stupid account. I had it set up to remember me and use face recognition on my iPhone and it still signs me out and doesn't save anything. I never used to have this issue with this app, but the past several months it has been doing this.
They never share your account number it’s always XX’d out
So annoying… just give our billing number in the email. If someone wants to steal my info and pay my bill let them. Such a pain in the azz to contact you to get my account info since you’ve never mailed my bill once and the email is all xx’d out let’s stop being stupid pls.
Sign in
Sign in never works half of the time and there’s always a “we’re having a bit of trouble” error whenever you’re finally able to get signed in. Very frustrating.

Bug left me stuck out of my main billing account
Switched to a second billing account, which it says I don’t have primary access to. Now I can’t switch back at all. The only options are to sign out or close the dialogue. If I sign out and back in, it brings me back to the screen saying I have no access.
Bad
Your app seriously sucks. Every time I try to open it it’s the never-ending wheel of death. I have to close the app and reopen it about five times and it takes me about 20 minutes to get into my account. At least. I always check if there’s updates and there are never any in this all is happening when I’m on Wi-Fi and able to use all my other apps just fine. I end up having to go on my laptop to pay my bill which defeats the purpose of having an app at all.

I installed this app because I can’t log into my account to change my payment account.
However, the app just shows a white window after login. There’s a support page dedicated to this issue which recommends that users switch to the app instead of any Desktop browsers.
Xcel Energy’s Salesforce backend is not properly configured:
“We can't log you in because of the following error.
Remote_Error: The remote service returned an error”
Honestly, at this point I’d call the app useless and the service unprofessional. It’s only a matter of time until they lose our user data anyway.

Why am I constantly updating this app?
I mean like updating 4-6 times within a month. Get a better engineering team and/or stop making changes to the app all the time. Those changes in some way I pay for.

Doesn’t even work
The loading screen after putting in my login info just sits there and spins and spins. I’ve even put my phone down and one back and it’s still spinning 20 minutes later. Every single time

It took a few months to get the app perfected but it is great now!!!!
Logs You Out Every Day
This app used to work perfectly, but after the most recent update, it is very difficult to use. I want to stay logged into the app and use Face ID to log into my account. Now I have to type in my password each time I open the app and it won’t stay logged in. Please fix this bug. Even a couple hours after I log in, it can’t remember my login information.

Useful when it works
I’m not sure what’s going on with Xcel lately but it’s impossible to login. Won’t work through the app, hasn’t worked to login via online in months. This company is becoming increasingly frustrating to work with and I’m not sure how to pay my bill(s) if I can’t even login without their system having an error.

Worst app
Every update makes this app more unusable, pathetic.
$10 “application fee”
Xcel needs to stop squeezing every penny out of its customers. $10 fee to start a new service at a new address. Also Xcel needs to stop raising its prices. It’s not like Colorado customers have other options since Xcel monopolizes the state. Boo.
