The cost of watching television is absolutely insane.
Too Expensive!
When we initially got Dish we switched from Directv and we had a great intro rate for two years. We love the product but it has gotten too expensive (almost doubled in price!) We cannot justify the expense and Dish has been unwilling to lower the price. As a result, we will be canceling,
Dish anywhere recordings.
Whatever y’all have done to the app recently has been extremely disappointing. The timer is almost unusable—you can’t fast-forward without it constantly spinning, jumping back to the beginning, or sending you 10 minutes backward. Even after waiting a day or two, you’re still forced to sit through commercials.
On top of that, the app stalls and freezes far more than it used to. I travel and use this app when I go to the same place, and it worked great for a long time. Whatever changed recently has made the experience significantly worse.
I’m honestly very frustrated because something that used to work reliably is now difficult and aggravating to use. Please fix these issues and get the app back to the way it was.
