Reconnect fees

Reconnect fees late fees should not be charged when your system won’t accept my form of payment the majority of the time! Fix the system or don’t offer it!

Meh

We have had Dish for about 20 years. We like the mobility to be able to use it in our RV when we travel. The home service is top-notch the Dish outdoors and mobile service is hit and miss. When we’re camping in areas with cell service it seems easier but when we are in remote locations with no support finding service can be problematic. It seems the outdoor side of things requires tech-support a lot for some unknown reason he’d figure by now they had worked the bugs out of it.
