Worst internet I’ve ever had can’t get in touch with an agent. Want to cancel so they won’t talk to me.

High Speed Scam

Seriously, don’t bother. If you have heavy upload / download needs this is a waste. All my neighbors said it was great for them. Well, they must watch TV on one device and not have any gamers or other heavy data demands. They don’t tell you that your “high speed” data is limited. So then you have to purchase credits which makes it just as expensive as whatever alternative brought you here. And you have to sign a contract so then you’re stuck for a whole year.

Do not get it!

As the other reviews have stated. There are hard data cats. It slows down even before you use it all up. Do not get this.

Terrible service subpar customer service

Ive had this provider for a year now. The app is subpar and any of the representatives who do the online support are rude and will end the chat on you. They up my monthly charges randomly and refuse to be held accountable for robbing their customers

Glitchy App

I can’t ever successfully have a full conversation with customers support via the chat option in the app because it glitches so much. The customer support person always ends up disconnecting before the app starts working right again. It sends messages from both sides of the conversation repeatedly resulting in any response from either party getting lost in the mic.
