No internet one bar and SOS only. My heart monitor needs internet for device checks. Can’t get a tech support visit to check all outside as I got a message Dish alignment???? HELP!!

I think most of the negative reviews are people not understanding what you get with satellite internet. I’ve had this service 11 years in a rural area with no other option. Reliable and consistent connection except for video which buffers a lot due to high latency. App works well too for the basics

Very limited
It won’t even open the app if the internet is down, which is ridiculous. There’s no reason it couldn’t still open and connect to the router to reset it. Also the speed test and diagnostic functions are fake. One just always says it’s fine even when it’s not, and the other tries to open some defunct and completely unrelated website. Pretty lousy app.
