Not Reliable
I am really happy with the wireless service and pricing, but the mobile app for iOS just doesn’t want to let me log in. When I start the app it quickly goes to the login screen and automatically fills in whatever was entered the last time instead of waiting to let me enter the current account information. I’m re-installing it now for the third time hoping I can get it to work. I feel like the app should be the best way to check billing and usage over the web portal.

I am Ripped off next month payment dollar 67 for used of 44 mb may be 2 gb untill due date.
Why am I charged over the data plan? I have 10 GB data plan & i didn’t finish my data not even close but I am being charged over and over. They upgraded for next data plan which is upgraded to 15 GB. I call customer service but they are saying glitches or restart your phone, clear cookies. No i didn’t agree because they did it more than there times. Please do not upgrade my data plan that i don’t even finish the current plan. I need also my money back.
They upgraded to 50 GB plan. I just using the plan because nothing that I can do. I did use the plan or pay for it for a while. Recently I didn’t use the data that much I used like 4GB.. but
I find out that I have still been charged for 50 GB data plan. Oh dear Concumer you automatically UPGRADED for over data usage WHY not you automatically DOWNGRADE for No or Few Data Usage?

Why this app requires to log in again when I go to settings?? I already log in but still needing a log in process again!
I am very tired of consumer cellular and the app.
I am currently 44 mb usage but next payment is 30 gb dollar 67 😳😩. This is hilarious. I understood you rise the data because I used it at that time and already paid but why don’t you automatically decrease the plan when I don’t use not even close 5 gb. So, I am going to pay next payment dollar 67 with projected usage 315 mb. This is ripped off.

Useless app
Doesn’t work anymore. It used to work, but now does not accept logins. Amateur software.

The title says it all! When you call they are helpful and get the problem solved! No problem with phone service either!
The worst
This is the worst service I have ever had , it’s not good for any age group , places where it’s essential to have service you will not have it , most of the time I am on SOS. DO NOT USE CONSUMER CELLULAR
