Too many issues with the app
Yes, I think that this company provides great pricing for cellular service but they need to fix this app! Constantly changing my password, cannot make corrections that I didn’t put in, constantly kicking me out and I have to keep logging back in and don’t let me start on customer service support. Maybe this works great for some but it based on these reviews, but I don’t agree.

Worthless service!!
Ads for this service are nothing but false! This is the most unreliable service I have ever had. Customer service is by far the worst! Only 1 time has customer service helped me solve an issue I experienced after 4 other attempts.
Service reps or rude to the point of having to hang up on them. Their upgrade/trade in service offered “asurian” took my phone never returned it and never payed me what they told me they would. Never received a dime and get no answers or responses. This service is a scam!!!

The app is basically useless. You’ll get prompted to login into the website for most things so just there first.
