Can’t Log In Anymore
The app used to work pretty good, but within the last month I have not been able to log into any account on my phone. I know I have the correct passwords because I can still log in on Safari. Seems to be an issue only with the app. It’s now been around a month and it’s almost the 1st, and the app still won’t let me log in to pay the bill.

Great cell provider!
I have been with Consumer Cellular for 8 years, though on the app just recently. I have been very happy with CC. No issues, American customer service, and their charges are as low as anyone’s. Highly recommend!

Too many issues with the app
Yes, I think that this company provides great pricing for cellular service but they need to fix this app! Constantly changing my password, cannot make corrections that I didn’t put in, constantly kicking me out and I have to keep logging back in and don’t let me start on customer service support. Maybe this works great for some but it based on these reviews, but I don’t agree.
