Put all my info in said my phone was unlocked and compatible then when I a get started it say I’ve already had my free trail which I have not. Just a waste of time

Could not activate

Never got the activation email. Sophie at cricket support says too bad. So never got to try it. Tried another device as suggested. Nothing but errors. Maybe good app but horrible company with zero customer service
