App doesn’t load
Tried to start the trial but the app doesn’t even load. I’ve literally tried all day. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the results were the same.

Works until you need to transfer service
This company makes it literally impossible to transfer your service from one iPhone to another. Especially if you only have one device. Every time I have needed to transfer my service I have had issues and had to call customer service. It is not user friendly at all.
In addition, the app takes about 9 years longer to download than almost any other app. It’s absolutely exhausting if you ever have to replace your phone.
