Bug on iPhone 16e

On an iPhone 16e running iOS 26.5, after enabling "Reduce Motion" and "Prefer Crossfade Transition" in system settings, a large blank area appears at the bottom of the screen when translating any word and pressing Enter.

Have to constantly switch to regular search engines because this doesnt translate completely

With such an old app and such a rich company, this definitely shouldnt be an issue where certain words are straight up untranslatable or unrecognizable, yet google does it. It does work well for image capturing and translating but direct words are very difficult to use

This app is strange

How come for some languages I can’t just listen to the robot speak? Huh? Google? Are you even caring about the languages out there like Dhivehi and Fula? But I guess it’s fine overall

Won’t let finish speaking

Google Translate is a garbage app. It won’t even let me finish speaking before it cuts me off. One star is the most this piece of junk deserves. I’m probably going to delete it soon and install a translator that actually works.
