Inaccurate Location Names
Why would I use an app that doesn’t even correctly name well-known bodies of water?

Google capitulated to the very worst of us. Thus, I am done.
As hard as it is to believe now, but Google used to represent the best and most optimistic view of the Internet. They catalogued humanity’s knowledge and achievements and brought them efficiently within reach of everyone. They mapped the world and gave us visibility into the furthest corners of the globe. But in the 2020’s they’ve abandoned their “don’t be evil” mantra and bowed to the whims of a dime store dictator. When push comes to shove, they don’t have your back. What else will they give him at his request? Your emails? Your phone calls? Think about it. Time to remove all tech companies from your life that abandon democracy for political and financial gain. (Apple, I’m looking at you, too.)

Stop renaming international map names just because Trump says to. Gulf of Mexico and Lake Ontario should be restored. What’s next? United Stares of Trump?!
