Terrible customer service and lost my order after charging me

Do not buy from this company. I bought a phone was charged but phone didnt arrive in 7 days. I contacted them and carlos L was rude and told me they never got money even though my bank shows the charge. He said they couldnt cancel it cuz no payment. So i charged it back with the bank

This app will charge your credit card without giving you any choice. Calling customer support was no help. Do not use!
