Ummm
Well, it’s affordable. I honestly believe that this service could be better being that it’s Verizon Wireless pay as you go phone service. The internet service sucks and it moves slow but it gets the job done and very affordable!

Says that password is incorrect but password works on website fine
Sadly took 4 days to get service
It was awful trying to get Visible service on my phone Took 4 days. I hope it works well

Can’t use the app because I can’t even login.

You'd think an app for a mobile phone service- esp one run by Verizon- would offer reliable and efficient help with their own services... but nope. The chatbot is clueless , the live reps are usually ok but a bit slow, and one of them was even rude/ insulting - she accused me of " making up" the info she requested - yep, called me a liar!) And in past, live chats got disconnected so regularly that the first thing the agent asked was if I have another number they could call me at if chat gets disconnected. !! That hasn't happened lately, but I have had a headache signing in using the app- I had to sign in using an incognito tab on my browser. WTH? AND- I just bought a newer iPad that has wi-fi and 5G, only to discover that Visible doesn't support iPad -so I wasted a chunk of money . Ugh.
The service itself is ok aside from that and it's cheaper than Verizon - still, Im being generous to give 3 stars.
