Mint mobile just works. I just left Verizon due to their ineptitude, tried TMobile only to be spammed in text and email multiple times a day, not to mention they couldn’t set up my eSIM. Mint mobile worked out of the box. My entire family switched it was so easy.
Nearly useless, login bugs
First off, this app is nearly useless. It is already known that Mint Mobile doesn’t send data usage details to users on monthly statements. They don’t have statements.
They don’t keep a record of phone calls, number of texts, or anything, unless to turn over to law enforcement. Then suddenly they have all the records.
You would think that this information would be accessible to the customer through a web portal or THEIR APP, but you would think wrong. This app has no useful information.
Its one purpose is to insert an eSIM into a newly connected phone. It fails at that. You will wind up using the activation code that’s sent by email, because the app is a total failure.
Finally, the app has login issues. Try to login, you’re in. Put your phone down for a minute or two, you’re logged out. Try to log in again, you’re locked out for an hour.
And if you’re foolish enough to think that this app will work with FaceID, again, you would be thinking wrong. It will get stuck 4 times out of 5, then lock you out for another hour.
