I actually like it a lot, but I didn’t vote 5 stars anyways

I actually am very happy with what is provided. Everything is straightforward and no hidden surprises or needing to deal with customer service, and the price almost can’t be beaten. However, I would actually recommend it to people and would have rated this 5 stars if the implied dirty language weren’t around. There’s at least 2, but I think I remember seeing 3 places where they astrix (*) out words that imply swear words then confidently claim they really meant a different word right after. (On the app before you login, on the website after you sign up).
Again, I really actually like the company and what they have done and I am a happy customer, I just think somebody in the company made a bad PR move so I don’t want to verbally recommend it or rate 5 stars even though it deserves 5 stars.
If the company changes their ‘jokes’, I’d be happy to start recommending the service for others, I am convinced I would have created customers for them already had I been recommending it.

Useless app

You can't even see how much data you used a month ago

Great deal

Service could be better but the price is unbeatable.

Great!

Affordable and reliable

Customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service, I’ve been trying to transfer my eSIM to my new phone with the QR code but the “page no longer exist”. And when you call customer service they don’t try to help!

Best provider hands down

Good service, unreal rates, and definitely must user friendly service/app!

Would give less if I could

My phone for some reason wouldn’t activate even though I paid for it. Also, they charged me $5 to assist me in setting it up

Best deal for the money

Title says it all. International service is also good. Mint has an international WiFi plan that I have used in the past. It was $20 dollars for ten days. Came in handy when WiFi was not available to me.

Y’all are awesome bro

I was crashing out because of stupid complicated ESIM transfer junk. BUT ALAS! I go on Mint mobile and immediately find a solution. It was simple, free, and now my phone is set up and has data. Thank you for making things so easy 💕

Great app great service

Mint’s app is a good and simple as the service.

Worse customer service

I have had them for several years, and every time I need customer service, they are terrible! I would not recommend.

Don’t wait

Don’t wait I should have sign up from the beginning. When I first heard about mint. I could have went on tour with KISS cover band with the money I would have saved $175.00 back into the budget a money like getting a raise seriously join now.

Lost data

All of a sudden for the first time I had to add money for data??

Wonderful

I was with Verizon before spending $100 a month. This is amazing and the service is better.

Home 5g

I'm here to review the home 5g WiFi. Dont ever try to buy it. It's a pure garbage if you play online video games. The download speed is fine but the stability is just trash and pack lose is incredibly high. Just avoid it at all your cost. Used verizon 5g before, download speed wasn't as good but much more stable. Just avoid mint home 5g if you ever want to play online games...

Don’t have a good day. Have a great day!

Just because Ryan Renolds is a trusting, loving and compassionate very good Man, I chose Mint Mobile… may Mint Mobile gain more “air rights” that protects its users as loyal clients.

Data connection

Data connection is iffy, even being in the bay area and not in any remoteness. Otherwise good phone service.

cant even do anything myself huh

2026, going on 2027, and we still have to resort to customer support JUST to regain access to our numbers? mkay

Yes

Seems slower to connect when away from home base and city centers May just need more patience. Or put the phone down.

Tristan

Just works
