Ever since I got Mint Mobile my text messages failed to send. I’ve updated researched and it has something to do with Mint Mobile.

The switch from T Mobile to Mint was seamless and I can’t tell the difference between Mint’s service and T Mobile. Except for the price!

Called 611 and customer rep was very helpful and patient
Unclear which is worse: the coverage area or the customer service
If you love seeing the letters SOS on your phone while talking to a way too cheerful Ai that essentially tells you ‘better luck next time’ you’re gonna love mint.
Mint is awesome
I’ve had absolutely good experiences with mint. I’ve got it on a second IPhone as a backup and it’s never let me down. It’s always here for me when I need to access my second IPhone!

THEE WORST Cell Service EVER!
Spotty service ALWAYS LAGS anywhere I go, especially when there’s other people with devices around. The 1st day I got my new number I received AT LEAST 5 spam calls with a “supposedly new number!” How is that possible?? Terrible service SUUUPER SLOW, also they give you a measly amount of hot spot data, then if you need more data they Charge you out the ying-yang for a meager extra 5GB. The moment I switched to another service provider I noticed drastic improvements in my cell service and internet speed. Mint Mobile SUCKS!!! BEWARE!!!

Love Mint, but help us sign in with option to see password. I have constant trouble signing in. Especially when I’m traveling and managing my plan. I’m always logged out. Sign in problems galore. Including during a traveling emergency situation. And can’t reach customer service support because the hours of operation aren’t time zone travel friendly.

At last an inexpensive monthly Cellular service that delivers what it promises with no financial catch.
The AI is ultra, intelligent and verbally responsive and though I can’t believe I’m saying it rather pleasant to deal with.
The service is impeccable. I just paid $90 for six months of service with $15 a month new customer incentive. I could not be more satisfied to tell Verizon to go pound sand indefinitely.

Constantly losing connection
Always losing 5G and have no service dozens of times in just a single day.
Horrible app and customer service
I’ve called in since my daughter‘s plan expired at at least 15 times in order to make a payment for the new three month service endless wait times to speak to a supervisor and supervisors that can’t even do their job. The most annoying part is the regular customer service people at Mint try to help you for over an hour before they’ll authorize you to speak to a supervisor. I have wasted so much time with this simple request that it’s absolutely mind-boggling. The end results every time is that there’s something wrong with my credit card because they cannot offer me any other solution. I find that very offensive and know for a fact it’s just that they don’t have an answer to my problem because my credit card works just fine everywhere else. So that’s their answer. If there’s no solution to the glitchy system at mint, they blame it on you.

After a year of being mint mobile customer, no major complaint other than recently I was not able to log into one of my game because bad server. Something change with T-mobile service tower and now it seem much slower than usual
