Apprehension turned to Joy
I have used AT&T my whole life, started on my parent’s plan in 2002, kept the carrier due to habit, but, like many other common service providers, felt extremely irritated by the price, service, and customer interfaces. I just switched to Mint Mobile and am genuinely shocked, in the nicest, most pleasant way possible. The UX/UI is designed by humans that understood all the bull*%#• and made something that works extremely well, they help you every step of the way and plainly tell you the price everything costs. Service and price are excellent, and I don’t feel swindled. This is a glimmer of hope in the world we all live in.

Affordable and generally pretty reliable
I like the affordable price, and the service works pretty well! I have had two times when a person’s text message didn’t come through, but, otherwise, I have not noticed any other problems.
Customer support is poor

Mint Mobile app is easy to navigate. The site appears to know what i need. I am VERY happy with Mint Mobil. Mint Mobile aids me in finding the for my needs.

I’ve had no issues with internet connectivity service or network. It’s been very dependable and for the money Ive absolutely loved it I would recommend it 10 out of 10 times I give mint mobile 7 out of 5 stars
Never An Issue
Been using Mint for 5-6 years. Never an issue, and $15 a month is still unbeatable.
OK - if….
Unable to utilize a separate iPad phone number with same Apple ID. Actual Tech Support is not supported internally as they could not provide a solution.
Terrible
Very poor service quality. The phone constantly loses signal, and the mobile data keeps disconnecting. The worst part is that you often don’t even realize you’ve lost your connection until you turn Airplane Mode on and off. It’s a complete disappointment. Don’t waste your money.

That’s pretty much it. Plus recently they’ve been down multiple times like it’s a sport and refuse to acknowledge it.
Same Reception Better Price
I had US Cellular for years, now I have Mint Mobile and pay a little over half what I paid at US Cellular for the same reception strength and much better service. I’ve traveled all over my state with mint mobile and got just as good coverage as my friends with big name companies. They even recommended I buy less data because I’m not using it. So this time I will save even more money. I’m never going back to a regular carrier!!!! Like ever…….

Crushed It
You guys crushed it. This is such a user friendly app. For the price, you are out pacing the big three. Always reliable, so many features, very informative. You literally never need to call customer service. However, if you do, it is fantastic customer service. I was on an international trip and the AI assistant took care of everything, even walked me through my phone’s settings. Keep it up, Mint!

ESIM service if you can’t get or use any other one right when you get new phone
I had to use and get Mint Mobile as I just got a new iPhone for business and was trying to get a eSIM phone number and no other eSIM app was working so went with mint and it worked first time
They won’t let you change your eSIM
I got a new phone and tried to change the eSIM through the app they never sent a code to my email or phone number but claimed they did when I said I never got it they said is this your email and spelled it wrong when I told them they spelled it wrong they said no they didn’t and that it was on the file but I had previously spelled it and sent it to them in the chat before that. I get their sponsored ads though so clearly they spend money on that
