Unimpressed
The “unlimited data” is terrible to say the least, even on 5g its slow or doesn’t work at all. Overall i would not recommend this mobile service.
DUPED!!!!⁰PROMO DEAL IS LIES
I got my Lyca Sim thru the promo oof $5 mo for 1st 3months (unlmtd talk, text,data) tap the promo and price went to $7,50 & same benefits. Received Sim & can get and send texts but no data or calls. I call CS and they said they never had any promos like that and I had paid just for Sim and had to pay ANOTHER $15..... 3 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO SERVICE JUST TEXTS ONLY. WHEN I call CS they give me the run around. I GOT DUPED!!!! Can't get any help with CS OR REFUND I HAVE PROMO PICS TO PROVE AND THEY STILL DENY!!!

Inaccurate information on their website for get people to purchase; a scam company
I wished I read the reviews before making my purchase. On the website, there are list of devices in which are compatible with Lyca mobile, however when I try to activate the number on a listed compatible device, I was unable to get any network/cellular service even with full bars. Again customer service has been unreliable in resolving this issue and taking too long to refund my money. To the developers, since you have time to reply to each review, do you not care about the integrity of your business? Why are your customers all having similar issues, and what are you doing to resolve this?

Wtf, that f* thing it keep losing servers, even I try to restart my phone is not even help, I just pay for it on Monday and it says no more balance, that’s ridiculous, I literally just at home all day long how can it be no more balance
