Can’t apply code SAVEHALF
For whatever reason I can’t apply a promo code for the +pro plan I just purchased.
Broken Payment System
The entire development team should be fired. Apple Pay has never worked since this company has been founded. I see alerts on top of each other. The app is just disgusting to use, therefore end-users delay their payments.

I just wasted money trying to get service through the app…app turned on an eSIM on a phone that I have no access to and cannot change the info to my phone I actually have

I have downloaded and redownloaded this app multiple times, restarted the phone half a dozen times, but every time I open it I get the same bug. It says the app isn’t working at the moment, and to try again with a button. I press it and it shows up again later. Please fix this soon I really would like to find a way for this app to work

I had no trouble porting my number to Visible but when I requested a port-out number to transfer my cellphone to AT&T, not one PIN number I received over a 3-day period worked. Not only was I not able to transfer my cell service to AT&T but I also couldn’t receive phone calls in spite of still having an active Visible account. It should not be this difficult and time consuming to switch carriers. I wish I had never signed up for Verizon’s Visible service.
