Disappointed
I honestly hate the fact that I was not approved without a valid reason. My credit is in very good shape like what’s the problem?!
I like visible!
I’ve never had to use their customer service like others have had issues with, so I can’t speak on that. I live in the city and everything works great, price is great, never had any issues.
Terrible connection
Connection is so terrible, I have waited 3 hours for texts and emails to come through.

Mobile hotspot is great but thats what i get for using the least expensive plan. Dope af otherwise, highly recommend. And I’m traveling for work so its surprisingly reliable
Used to be good
I get the worst signal in my apartment. I can’t do anything with it. They say I’m de-priorititized, may experience slower internet—try completely useless internet (2.23 Mbps) unless you buy a higher plan. I feel deceived and angry. If they think I’ll stick with them after this? I’m shopping for another company 😡

Took over an hour to activate my phone because all we did was chat on messenger
They STILL can’t fix my voice mail
And now they want me to reach out to the same people who could not fix it before. How about: go back and look at the chat records/emails/ and “recorded conversations” to get a full understanding of the issue; fix it; and THEN ask me to revise my comment?
Have tried on 5 separate occasions to get it corrected. Spending hours each time in chat with promises to call me back when able. They can’t fix it. They send me a data command via text instead of a notice to my phone app of new messages.

Just signed up. They offered me a discount of 5 dollars a month and when I tired the promo code it said I’m not eligible.
App keeps closing
I’ve tried to re download 3 times and app still freezes and then closes every time I try and open it, I’m trying to transfer my number to another phone and I need the app but it’s not working I’ve tried for over a week!

This is my very first time and I just want to say that the only problem I have it was the sim car it was out of stock everywhere lol, bc is so good tbh it makes your money worth. I love the hot spot thanks.
Service is terrible
Even in the middle of the city the 5G barely works. Don’t even think about getting ultra wide on the premium plan. Save your 25/35 bucks and go somewhere with decent service. It’s cheap for a reason.

I honestly have to admit that Visible is the best phone service you can ever get I don’t have a single issue with my phone service I absolutely love Visible.
Dumpster fire
Absolute dumpster fire of a company. There was a payment issue on their end where they tried to charge me the wrong amount, and possibly even on the wrong PayPal account, and I had to sit through hours of support agents to get nothing burger replies. I couldn’t even change payment details or any account info until my eSim is activated, except to activate my eSIM I had to get inside the account and change the payment info. The buffoons working their customer support take hours to repeat the same thing and not help at all. Terrible company, moving to them means risking your phone # and potentially going days without phone service.

Visible activated my Account a week after it stopped working they gave me 7 unresolved case numbers then Told me they Released my Phone number I Ported Over then Closed my Account The Denied It Ever Exist I Am A Victim Of Identity Theft Now Because of Visible Wireless I Have Open Police Cases Now On Them For Sim Swapping And Illegally Porting My Number Without My Consent!
