It is an interesting app
I was debating trying Cricket, we have T-Mobile now, and Visible before. We got tired of switching, so we’re testing it out. This is a great idea. Now if only they had a home internet, or a discount to AT&T, we may move that too.
Free trial eSIM did not provision doesn’t show up on my phone. It won’t let me to re-download it.

I tried free 14 day trial which only lasted 24 hours. Then my trial was over and then was ask to buy a plan to continue services. Service area was lacking and barely worth downloading the trial

Could not activate
Never got the activation email. Sophie at cricket support says too bad. So never got to try it. Tried another device as suggested. Nothing but errors. Maybe good app but horrible company with zero customer service
Very good app
TryCricket is definitely one of my favorites a lot better than TextFree or TextNow and cricket is a well-known service phone service. I love it and it’s very accessible too.
Very UNPROFESSIONAL
This company has given me more stress and headaches since day one. I don’t know how but I was even left with one day (1) remaining of service with them to unlock my phone from them. How the f**l does this happen? One word for this company… ‘Karma’ remember it Kricket.

After using the cricket free trial app I signed up and got a new device. Despite being eligible for unlocking for past seven days they are still unable to resolve whatever their internal problem is and support will just lie to you to try and make you go away. Avoid like the plague!

I was trying to activate the trial and “something went wrong “. When I tried to start again, I got a message stating that I had already used my trial….not a good sign for how things work on Cricket
Impressed
I’m super impressed with this phone service I attempted to switch over carriers due to not being able to pay my service fee and they ended up taking my money and then telling me that my phone was a compatible so then I was left broke with no money to pay my bill at all I was reaching out until I realized that cricket has a tryCricket trial to which I have now found my favorite phone service. Thank you so much cricket you guys are awesome.

Everything checked out except…….
I tried many times to get the 14 day trial to work because I’m tired of paying high bills for just two phones with Verizon. Everything checked out, phone is unlocked & can use e-sim but when it was time to activate, error after error unexplainable. Like the only thing keeping me from switching is knowing if the service is gonna actually be as good as AT&T since using their towers. Oh well. Guess I’ll try researching some other companies more.
