Horrible Service

They have the customer service of a third world nation! I am removing my family from cricket! I’d have my family use tin cans and strings while dying in a fire before I’d ever use cricket! Absolute WORST customer service! Buy clown show cell service , get clown show support! AVOID!!!!

Worst

If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve been a cricket member for 10+ years. I pay for the unlimited plan. I cannot use my phone for internet unless I’m connected to WiFi. Everytime I have a WiFi issue and am forced to rely on cellular data I’m reminded of why I can’t stand cricket. This is the last straw I’m changing phone lines.

I need Cricket to know that if they are going to offer their customers the convenience of paying on their app, maybe it should actually work more than half the time.
