Web wrap App

This is a web browser wrap app, even for login this one uses a web browser. I would rather use a website. Total Reward points are a total confusion created for customers. Customers can’t redeem from the app or website. They need to take customer service chat help. For customer service chat, this uses a browser. I am not sure about its built-in security. As an App I don’t find it useful, I will continue to use website.

Crashes often can’t open

I tried signing up for service using the app but hit a roadblock, was able to sign up using the website. But after a successful activation of service, I am unable to log in to the app to manage my service because every time I launch the app it crashes. Looks like I will have to use the website only.

It’s easy and quick to use and doesn’t really turn you in circles when faced with carrier conflicts

Pathetic

App hasn't been working for 2 months, every time it's time to pay my bill, I have to call and they try to make me pay a different amount each time when I have 1 set payment, then they tried to make me pay an additional amount to something they added on without me even agreeing to it. Costumer service has no basic skills on how to do their job and they will get over on you if you let them
