Glitchiest phone app ever
It makes you not even want the service because the app is so bad. Why does the reward button always take me to the phones? What is the point of me turning on my Face ID is it NEVER WORKS. Do y’all even test your stuff before releasing it? Been with this company for years and I can honestly say each update is worse than the last. It’s like they don’t even try.

Good Service, App needs work
The app itself is very slow and clunky, there are certain functions that don’t work on the inside of it such as “High-Quality Video Streaming” under your line settings doesn’t stay enabled, also no way to disable data optimizer from the app it must be done via text, which isn’t a problem for a phone but I have no way of disabling that for my tablet line through total wireless and customer service through total can’t do it either, no department can only the end user. For the price it’s hard to beat but the app and customer service definitely need improvement, once those two things are fixed then it’ll be an amazing carrier.

Pretty basic to learn easy to manage

Upon switching from AT&T due to my AT&T phone been outdated, i became overwhelmed with multiple upon multiple spam calls, random photo messages from attemted phishing attacks, paid to renew my plan thru this app and my money was taken but my plan was not renewed. Had to get my bank to dispute the charges to get the money back. App crashes often.I will be looking to switch from this horrific carrier as soon as possible

Awful and horrible all the way around
This is a waist of time, money and energy. Don’t even try them. Stay away from them. Horrible customer service. No one will help answer anything. Nothing they have is in order. Heck they can’t even speak clearly and will repeat the same nonsense. No explanation and no accommodation whatsoever. You pay for a service and get their third part creditor to approve you for a device and pay for an express overnight shipment only to wait for days and still nordrr unprocessed nor any one can expedite or even provide any kind of resolution. You will scream from anger while they care less if you have a heart attack due to their lack of everything

Illegally changed my service.
Unfortunately, we’ve had total wireless for years. We were on auto pay and our credit card had updated.
I called and the representative use the wrong expiration date.
They tried to put through our credit card 42 times. Causing fraud alert.
After hours on a phone call with customer service, they canceled our old grandfathered in service through total wireless the original for newer, updated one without my permission.
Our bill went up and customer service did nothing to reinstall the old service.
After paying for another month at an extremely high price, they canceled our service two days before it was actually ending!

In my opinion, I do not recommend anyone use this service as they will rip you off and not understand that they did!
We are cannot see any further interactions with total wireless since they cannot even keep their obligations or contracts straight!
I’m extremely disappointed, Verizon ruined it.

Don’t bother
One of the only real reasons to get the app is to “more conveniently” make changes to your account in comparison to opening your browser, searching the site, etc. to make changes to your account, namely making adjustments to your plan or autopay. Despite the painfully low requirements for a remotely accessible, easy to navigate app, there is instead zero ease of access. There’s multiple areas on the app that that all say “change plan”, which you would think would lead you to a page with other plans to change your plan. Instead, you are met with a page containing your current plan, and beneath are “available plans”. Or at least they’re supposed to be there. Instead there’s nothing. Glad to see they tested their apps and updates prior to releasing, great quality control.
TLDR app is a joke and ironically a waste of time, despite the assumption that the app would save you some time in comparison to the site
