This service has been trash since I got it… I don’t think I’ll be continuing to use this service

I am using GB instead of WIFI. The first time Boost automatically reset my GB to zero at the end of the month. The second month it did not. The tech person updated it on my app but my phone did not update. I asked why and they had the nerve to tell me I had to. After I had told him it was automatic last month. Just repeated I had to do it myself. The 2 is for customer service. Not only for lying but for just not saying idk. And escalating it to tech.

They can switch you account without your permission and didn’t notice you at all

Two months in a row my bank statement shows their paid yet I've got a message saying it wasn't from them saying they haven't been
