Life saver
Can you imagine I’m getting the same exact service that I was paying $100 a month for! This is just as good as T-Mobile $80 cheaper. What have I been doing with my life?

I change my plan to unlimited, and I still call supposed to be unlimited and then soon as it hits 50 and my phone don’t work no more and I call them and they say they can’t do nothing. They can sell me another 10 gigs for $10 which is useless when I went through 50 and 12 days which was said from the beginning, I’m gonna be using my hotspot and all that and they secured me and said all it’s gonna be unlimited and here we are. I’m having customers really upset at me because I cannot respond to their emails once again look past this service and there’s plenty of other services out there that are better and won’t lie to you

I came here to see about purchasing more data since I’m out! You’d think that it would give you just enough data to speed up the download of the app! Probably won’t wait! May look for another carrier. I’m not waiting 20 minutes for this app to load!
Slow streaming
During a recent power outage, I didn’t have WiFi and had to rely on my phone for internet connection, I often had slow connection or no connection.
I’ll tell you $15 per line plus tax is the best $ plan out there! I love it and can’t find a better $ plan with the features I had with Verizon for $120+ every month!

Back door phone service
There’s a lot I can write about Boost Mobile. I’d recommend the prepaid service from Walmart or Walgreens before I recommend Boost Mobile to anyone. I’ve been an Infinite Access customer for about maybe 3 years, there’s a lot of fine print that should be bold. Like the fact that there is a credit applied to your account meaning they credit you ($20-$40) you don’t have to pay for then whenever they feel like it they add the credit back to your bill whenever they feel like it no email, no messages just nope your bill is $40 higher this month just because we feel like it. Have no problem with paying for my bill but my bill is the same every month there’s no way I as a customer , will be satisfied with a random fee in my bill. That’s big problem #1. Last year when the iPhone 17 came out I got on the app and saw I was eligible to upgrade, at the time I didn’t need the upgrade my current phone was working well. Now I’m ready to upgrade, I go through the normal process of upgrading right, just like you would on Verizon, TMobile, At&T and such. You pick the phone pick the storage , pick the color , all that good stuff. I get to check out. Everything looks normal ,the phone is in the car and there is a new phone plan there too and I’m already on a plan, okay weird. So I continue to check out. I get a email of a order confirmation that is not what I placed. So I try again and the same order confirmation pops up, so I’m confused why it’s not working. I call CS and the rep walked through the process with me . I was eligible so he was just as confused as I was. So after he does some digging talking to his supervisor he finds out that Infinite Access doesn’t exist anymore . Well if the rep doesn’t know about it off the top of his head how am I supposed to know it without the heads up. Well what do you mean ? I’m an Infinite Access member. Yes ma’am but it’s showing you’re not, and IPhones are only available for existing Infinite Access users to upgrade. And infinite Access doesn’t exist anymore …???? Thanks for the heads up I guess. Fast forward I’m getting spam calls everyday 20-30 spam calls now if you’ve been a user of other carriers you know they have that filter and or add on that’s allows you to block spam callers and you also have it in your setting if you’re an IPhone user. It’s turned on in my settings right, still getting the calls. I call CS and I’m telling them how frustrating it is I’m on a important call and 4 spam callers are calling me at once I’m asking Boost Mobile CS “Do you guys have that filter?”. He keeps telling me it’s in my iPhone settings…I know that I wasn’t born yesterday or 200 years ago. So he’s going back and forth with me and it’s a simple yes or no. I didn’t call Apple I called Boost Mobile. So this will be my last year with Boost Mobile been letting them slide with to many questions marks to be paying them monthly for 3 years now. 👎👎👎👎

I have had boost for 5 or 6 years and all I can say is it has just gotten better as the years have gone by. Customer service is hard to understand sometimes but you will get the issue fixed. Anyway it’s been amazing to not have to worry about missing important calls

Sometimes I can login in, very clumsily, I might add. Lately, I’ve had to call dish to pay my bill because I can’t get in to use this app. The keyboard doesn’t appear. I’m dead in the water. Why even have the app if I can’t use it.
