Takes too long to function on boost mobile data
I’m trying to use the app I don’t have WiFi I pay for data from boost and even the data is trash it won’t work for Facebook and this app takes 15 minutes to move from one page to the other idk what you guys did but I use to be able to pay my phone bill in seconds now it’s over 10 minutes I gotta wait to do anything on the app using my DATA from BOOST it I’m paying 50+ dollars i should have no problems with internet or apps

I generally don’t do app reviews, or surveys. I will take the time to do this one. First, I’ve been a BM client for at least 10 years, if not longer. I generally never had a problem with them. The Boost Mobile app functions as it should, at least for me.

Data runs out way too fast, been double charged twice and they don’t do anything about it.
The sales reps just scam you and then when you try to transfer they give you the wrong information so you have to call multiple times so sick of this cell phone company

Excellent provider
For over 20 years I paid Verizon about $200 per month for 4 lines. For past 1 year, I now pay a third of that amount ($67) to Boost Mobile, and I get even better Mobile service from Boost Mobile. For a fraction of what I paid to Verizon, Boost Mobile provides me service that's Nothing less than the High-Cost Verizon.

You’re payment System Sucks I bought a new iPhone and was supposed to get two months free service even though they gave them the credit for the payments they you still bill me and shut my freaking phone off.

Boost is a scam
No such thing as unlimited they will nickel and dime you for data packs I was also told on the phone that the System was set to hang up anytime the customer would mention data because they want you to buy them.
