This service has been trash since I got it… I don’t think I’ll be continuing to use this service

I am using GB instead of WIFI. The first time Boost automatically reset my GB to zero at the end of the month. The second month it did not. The tech person updated it on my app but my phone did not update. I asked why and they had the nerve to tell me I had to. After I had told him it was automatic last month. Just repeated I had to do it myself. The 2 is for customer service. Not only for lying but for just not saying idk. And escalating it to tech.

This company steals your money, they don’t have unlimited data, and the data runs out so fast you’ll be spending 20 to 40 extra dollars a month just to watch your shoes use your maps and ect, if you have WiFi at home it’s cool but I’m on the road I use my phone for business purposes, don’t take this lightly if you don’t have home or work WiFi get out out of boost as soon as you can. Overall not a bad service really depends on personal situation,they just like to steal (recharge fee!)

It is starting having poor coverage anywhere. I have replaced the eSim by regular SIM card still having an issue with coverage, even the App on iPhone 13 doesn’t work says the page has been expired customer service could fix that.
When you want to share a number with someone you don’t know.
Have had a great time sharing a number with someone. Even so much of a great time, the person who I share the number with received a transfer of money to me. When u ask then can you please change my number, they want you to pay for a new plan, service is terrible & customer service is even worse

It’s not possible to change payment method
My card, which was usually used for autopayments, was frozen. I logged into the app to replace it with another one. But it turned out to be impossible because the Boost limited my ability to receive messages from the bank! This company out of mind.
