It keeps saying my account is being set up when its been set up for a while
Every time i try to log into my boost account it says my account is still being set up even tho i set it up a while ago now, i don’t know why this is happening but i need it to be fixed cuz every time it happens i have to call and talk to the dumb ai, and now when I’m trying to pay my phone bill with my debit card it acts dumb and tries to get me to talk to a person which i would like but guess what the location’s are closed so i can’t even pay my bill. Tldr your app is dumb and your ai is dumb please fix it

Why does all these BIG corporations & Companies get so GREEDY? They are so greedy & so Arrogant that they don’t care to lose you as a customer. That’s a fact! However that being said. They would NEVER say that to 1000 or 20,000 customers. Because they could say goodbye to their bonuses, their fancy cars, houses etc and they would get fired. But if we stuck together and we all went to another provider then they would stop treating us this way. And if you’re asking yourself what is he talking about? Then u never had to stay on the phone for 4 hours with customer service rep who was from India and not from USA, Couldn’t not understand me, I had to spell out everything I was saying!!!!!!! EVERYTHING!!!!! They need to stop being so greedy and hire AMERICANS for AMERICAN JOBS!!!!!!like I said I have 30 days & my new iPhone will be unlocked and I can switch to another carrier who understands English

Scam-like tactics
I’ve worked for several mobile carriers, as well as been a subscriber to a couple.. this is the worst experience for losing money to a company. You will pay for things, and flat out never receive it. Careful adding any add ons such as extra data, when you go to remove the auto renewal, your extra gb instantly is removed with no way of refunding it. I also paid for a service, and was told I can’t port my number in and to buy yet another service for that. Everything added up, boost has stolen over 100$ from me. Yes stolen. This is a scam tactic company. They have things setup in their favor for their wallet.
